Contact your web host and ensure that your web hosting account is properly configured for the execution of .cgi scripts, as browsing to http://domainname/cgi-bin/mt/ normally should result in an error page being displayed because .html files cannot be served from within a /cgi-bin directory when the server is correctly configured.
You may also wish to try re-uploading the Movable Typifies to the /cgi-bin/mt directory, making sure that the files are uploaded in ASCII mode, making sure that all files and subdirectories are uploaded, and making sure that the uploaded files overwrite the existing files on the server.
